We hope you will be happy with your purchases, but if there are any problems, or you wish to return or cancel your order:

* just let us know within 28 days of receiving your goods via email to cellarthieves@gmail.com

* return the goods back to us within 14 days of notifying us (unfortunately we can not cover the cost of return postage, and we advise you keep proof of postage in case of any problems)

*we will give a full refund for the returned goods within 14 days of us receiving the items back

*you will need to provide proof of purchase (order number) so we know where to send the refund to

*any clothing items must be returned unworn, and in the same condition as when received

This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will dispatch all orders within 14 days of receipt. If we are unable to fulfill your order within that time, we will automatically offer a refund for any items not fulfilled.

All orders are sent out via Royal Mail.
